Returns & Refunds policy

At TIROVIO, customer satisfaction is an important part of our business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact our customer support team so that we can review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is successfully delivered. To qualify for a return, products should remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging together with all included accessories and proof of purchase. Products showing signs of misuse, modification, or excessive wear may not qualify for a refund.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products, clearance or final-sale merchandise, gift cards, and products that cannot be safely resold for hygiene reasons once opened.

To begin a return, customers should contact support@tirovio.com with their order number, photographs when applicable, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request. After reviewing the information, our customer service team will provide detailed return instructions.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Refund processing generally requires 7–10 business days, although actual posting times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

If an order arrives damaged during transportation, contains incorrect items, or has manufacturing defects, customers should notify us within 7 days of delivery. Supporting photographs will help us investigate the issue quickly and determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase provided they have not entered production or shipment. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
