TIROVIO is committed to providing customers with a dependable and transparent shipping experience. Every order received through our website is carefully reviewed, prepared, and packaged to ensure products arrive safely and in good condition.

• Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days. During promotional campaigns, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may require additional time. Customers will be notified whenever significant delays are expected.

• Once an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days for destinations within Vietnam and 7–15 business days for international shipments. These estimates are provided for reference only and cannot be guaranteed, as actual delivery times may vary depending on customs inspections, local courier operations, severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout according to the delivery destination, package dimensions, shipping method, and total order weight. Any promotional shipping discounts or free shipping campaigns will be displayed before customers complete their purchase.

After shipment, customers will receive an email containing tracking information that allows them to monitor delivery progress. Depending on the shipping carrier, tracking updates may require up to 48 hours before becoming visible in the courier's tracking system.

International customers should be aware that customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered during checkout is complete and accurate. TIROVIO cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses or incomplete recipient information.
